I frequently get headaches, and this is my go to product to ease the pain and help me to fall asleep. I have gotten migranes for many years and find that I have to catch them very early in order for any type of medicine to work for me. This is a great product to use on it own, and also with an over the counter medicine to help stop the pain. The smell is fairly strong but I have come to like it. When I feel a headache coming on, I will apply it to my temples, forehead, behind my neck and ears, and repeat until I have used the packet. I then lay in my bed in the dark and it helps me fall asleep and wake up with no more headache. I hope this product works great for everyone else as well!! I love this product!
