Now if you don’t know what Tower 200 is, it’s a workout system that uses resistance band training made popular by Body by Jake series. Looking at the picture to the left would help you understand how it works better than me explaining it. Anyways, it fits onto any door and before you ask will it damage my door?…no it won’t as there are protective pads to protect your door. However the base frame is made of steel for durability and to support heavy resistance tension, if you are a hardcore workout person. The Tower 200 gives you up to 200 pounds of intensity resistance workout for a whole lotta muscle gain.
There’s exercises to help you flex your biceps, chest, triceps, shoulders, abs, thighs, legs…i think that’s the whole body mentioned there, so there’s exercises to work the entire body. It’s come to our attention that Tower 200 is aimed towards wrestling fans as it’s endorsed by Randy Couture of the MMA fame. That doesn’t mean that other workout enthusiasts can’t enjoy it. To simply put, the workouts offered by Tower 200 makes working out fun as it incorporates fighting or wrestling moves into your workout. There’s about 200 different moves which you can perform with Tower 200 and best of all, it takes only about 11 minutes per day (as recommended by the program) to get a complete workout.
So now that we’ve described the program, does it really work?
That’s where you come into play. We’ve used it and it really does gives our muscles a fun and extensive work out. One of our office mates happens to love watching wresting shows and we gave it to him to try it out. He used it and what he said is that there are moves in which you can do with the Tower 200 to mimic Randy Couture’s “The Freak”, “The Demon” and “The Warrior”. He did mention more moves but let’s just cut to the bottom line here. He really enjoyed using it and he looked like a little kid busting out all these different wrestling moves with the Tower 200. He surely was looking all tired out but proudly showing off his muscles after using it for some time.
So yes, the Tower 200 does work provided that you use it and it does help if you’re a fan of wrestling as you’ll feel familiar with some of the moves. Anyways let’s be honest here. What makes you get a great body is by working out right? and the Tower 200 helps you enjoy busting those moves while really flexing your muscles to get a fun and full body workout.
